Christmas is around the corner and the conquest of gift giving is officially underway! Every year I look forward to finding new and unique ways to wrap gifts for my loved ones, because a beautiful looking present is a gift in itself!
You can really tell when someone puts their love and care into wrapping a Christmas gift for you, and oh my gosh it just makes you feel so special! The beautifully wrapped gifts I’ve received in the past are the reason why I’ve begun this endeavor of returning the favor to my friends and family during Christmastime!

1. Choose a cohesive selection of wrapping paper
If your goal is to create a cohesive looking gift display under the Christmas tree…step one is to choose a handful of gift wrappings that complement each other well. In this picture we see a variety of textured wrapping paper decorated with either red velvet, brown burlap or black and white ribbon to tie the whole look together!
2. Combine brown paper wrapping with pine embellishments
Brown craft wrapping paper has been my go to the last few years because it’s inexpensive, and there are an unlimited amount of ways to dress it up! These festive gifts are topped off with some extra pine needle trimmings from the Christmas tree, some red and white twine and a candy cane of course!
3. Decorate with bells
The typical present topper is a bow, but you can also get creative and add bells, pine cones, ribbons, etc to give your gift giving a little creative edge.
4. Red and green velvet ribbon
Sometimes less is more and a minimal Christmas gift look can create the perfect clean and cohesive look under the Christmas tree!

I had never even thought of doing something like this until I saw this picture, but I’m absolutely going to add these beaded labels onto my gifts this year! I think it’s such a unique way to make the gift you’re giving more personal.

I have seen so many amazing Christmas gift displays for kids over the last year! I love the idea of building a snowman, reindeer, Christmas tree, penguin, etc out of Christmas gifts so kids have their own special pile to enjoy opening on Christmas morning!
